## Description

RemoteVA PH is looking for a **Customer Service Representative** to assist with order entry and email communication. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer support, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to efficiently process and manage orders. **WordPress experience is a plus.  
  
Responsibilities:**

-   Communicate with customers via email in a professional and timely manner
-   Enter and process orders accurately into the system
-   Maintain records and update customer details as needed
-   Work efficiently with **QuickBooks Online and Extensiv** for order management
-   If applicable, assist with updates and basic management of **WordPress**

## Requirements

### **Qualifications:**

-   **Previous customer service experience** (email-based preferred)
-   Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-   **Experience with QuickBooks Online and Extensiv** is required
-   Basic knowledge of **WordPress** is a plus
-   Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
-   Excellent written English skills
