We are looking for a skilled **Flooring Estimator** to prepare accurate job estimates, analyze project costs, and coordinate with subcontractors. The ideal candidate should be proficient in **PlanSwift** and have a strong understanding of flooring materials, measurements, and installation requirements.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Prepare **flooring estimates** using PlanSwift.
-   Calculate job costs including labor, materials, and additional project expenses.
-   Review blueprints, take-offs, and project specifications.
-   Communicate with subcontractors to gather quotes, confirm scopes of work, and clarify project details.
-   Track pricing, materials, and subcontractor updates.
-   Ensure estimates are accurate and submitted on time.
-   Assist with revisions, change orders, and updated bid documents.

## Requirements

-   Proficiency in **PlanSwift** (required).
-   Experience estimating flooring projects.
-   Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
-   Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.
-   Excellent communication and coordination skills when dealing with subcontractors.
-   Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple estimates at once.

### **Preferred Skills**

-   Previous experience in construction estimating.
-   Knowledge of flooring materials, installation methods, and industry rates.
-   Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
