-   Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries via phone and email.
-   Coordinate service calls and ensure timely resolution of tenant concerns.
-   Handle rent-related communications, including payment updates and general inquiries.
-   Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
-   Collaborate with the back support team to address tenant needs efficiently.

## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-   Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
-   Prior experience in customer service or property management is a plus.
