The **Product Research and Development Specialist** plays a critical role in identifying market trends, compiling detailed product specifications, and collaborating with factories to bring innovative products to life. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and has strong communication skills to liaise effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Conduct in-depth **market research** to identify consumer trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities.
