## Description

RemoteVA is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy E-Commerce Account Manager to support the daily operations of our growing e-commerce business. If you have a sharp eye for data accuracy, enjoy solving problems, and are experienced with online marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart—this role is for you

What You'll Be Doing

\-Monitor products and check for new listings across platforms (Amazon, Walmart, etc.)

\-Run and analyze replenishment reports to avoid stockouts

\-Investigate and troubleshoot non-selling or underperforming items

\-Update item costs and ensure all product data is accurate

\-Respond to customer service messages in a timely and professional manner

\-Manage product listings across multiple platforms: eBay, Walmart, FBM, and more

\-Track stock levels and flag inventory issues proactively

## Requirements

What We’re Looking For

\-Experience in e-commerce, virtual assistance, or data entry

\-Familiarity with Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and related platforms

\-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

\-Excellent written communication and attention to detail

\-Comfortable working night shifts and independently

\-Knowledge of any of the listed tools is a big plus!
