### **About the Role**

We are seeking a **detail-oriented, proactive Executive Assistant** to support business operations by managing business listings, contacting sellers, sending follow-up emails, and handling light accounting tasks. This role requires **excellent spoken and written English** and prior experience working with **accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)**, ideally within an accounting firm environment.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Monitor and manage online business listings and directories
-   Contact business sellers via phone and email with clarity and professionalism
-   Draft and send follow-up communications and inquiries
-   Support light accounting tasks including AP/AR tracking and reporting
-   Maintain accurate records of conversations, transactions, and communications
-   Assist with calendar scheduling, basic research, and general executive support tasks
-   Communicate regularly with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of tasks

## Requirements

### **Requirements**

-   **Fluent English communication** (spoken and written) – _non-negotiable_
-   Prior experience as an **Executive Assistant or Admin Assistant**
-   Background in **accounting**, especially AP and AR (preferably with an accounting firm)
-   Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
-   Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
-   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-   Comfortable speaking on the phone with business owners/sellers
