## Description

We are looking for a **Monday.com Developer/Manager** to join our team and optimize our project management processes. This role requires expertise in refining workflows, integrating subcontractor collaboration systems, and creating user-friendly dashboards. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities:**

1.  **Optimize and Enhance Workflows:**

-   Refine current workflows using tools like Lucidchart (or similar software).
-   Identify potential issues with integrating workflows into Monday.com and provide proactive solutions.

3.  **Comprehensive Workflow Management:**

-   Update and improve the work management system in Monday.com to cover the entire project lifecycle.
-   Ensure smooth project execution by accounting for all stages and processes.

5.  **Facilitate Cross-Party Communication:**

-   Create a structured communication system within Monday.com for seamless collaboration between internal teams, external stakeholders, and other parties.

7.  **Subcontractor Collaboration System:**

-   Develop a user-friendly system for subcontractors to log updates, submit requests, and provide feedback directly on boards or through integrated forms.

9.  **Dashboard Development:**

-   Design and implement intuitive dashboards showcasing project statuses, KPIs, and other vital information.
-   Ensure dashboards are accessible and easy to understand for all users.

11.  **Team Onboarding and Training:**

-   Provide training sessions for team members to ensure successful platform adoption.

13.  **Ongoing Monitoring and Collaboration:**

-   Continuously monitor Monday.com usage within the organization.
-   Provide insights, suggest improvements, and collaborate with the team for better workflows and processes.

## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   Proven experience in workflow optimization and Monday.com development.
-   Familiarity with Lucidchart or similar diagramming tools.
-   Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
-   Excellent communication and training abilities.
-   Ability to design intuitive dashboards and user-friendly systems.
