**Job Description**

We are seeking a **highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Assistant** to join our team. This role is vital in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth sales operations, and assisting in customer interactions. The ideal candidate will possess **strong reasoning skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Excel**. Familiarity with **Pipedrive** and **Dodge Construction** is a plus.

### **Responsibilities:**

-   Assist the sales team in preparing reports, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining records.
-   Utilize **Microsoft Excel** for data analysis, creating spreadsheets, and generating sales reports.
-   Conduct research on potential clients, projects, and market trends using **Dodge Construction**.
-   Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems such as **Pipedrive**.
-   Support client communications by responding to inquiries and coordinating follow-ups.
-   Ensure organized documentation of sales transactions, contracts, and relevant materials.
-   Collaborate with other departments to streamline sales processes.

### **Qualifications:**

-   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
-   Proven experience in a **sales support role or administrative position**.
-   Strong **organizational and analytical skills**, with attention to detail.
-   Excellent **communication skills**, both verbal and written.
-   Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
