## Description

RemoteVA PH is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our growing construction team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience preparing accurate cost estimates, budgets, and proposals for interior fit-out projects. You will collaborate closely with our design, procurement, and construction teams to deliver competitive, high-quality bids that align with project goals and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

\-Review architectural drawings and specifications to prepare comprehensive material and labor estimates.

\-Source and coordinate pricing from subcontractors and suppliers.

\-Develop detailed cost breakdowns and client proposals.

\-Collaborate with the design team to verify project scope and identify value engineering opportunities.

\-Support seamless handoff to construction teams, ensuring all estimate details are clearly communicated.

## Requirements

Requirements

\-3+ years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in commercial or interior fit-out projects.

\-Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and NYC building standards.

\-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam, Plan Swift, and/or other estimating software.

\-Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical documents.

\-Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

\-Experience with AutoCAD and architectural design software.

\-Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

\-Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

\-Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
