**Position Overview** We are seeking a highly skilled **Revit and 3Ds Max Expert** to join our design and engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, developing, and managing detailed architectural and structural models, as well as producing high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings. This role requires precision, creativity, and technical expertise to support project delivery from concept to completion.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Develop and manage detailed BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
-   Create realistic 3D renderings, animations, and walkthroughs using 3Ds Max and V-Ray (or equivalent rendering engines).
-   Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and compliance with project standards.
-   Prepare construction documentation, shop drawings, and presentation materials.
-   Optimize models and renderings for efficiency and performance.
-   Stay updated with industry trends, software updates, and best practices in BIM and visualization.
-   Provide technical support and training to junior staff on Revit and 3Ds Max workflows.

### 🎓 Qualifications

**Education & Experience**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
-   Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in BIM modeling and 3D visualization.

**Technical Skills**

-   Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (family creation, parametric modeling, BIM coordination).
-   Expert-level skills in Autodesk 3Ds Max, including modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
-   Familiarity with rendering engines such as V-Ray, Corona, or Lumion.
-   Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, and other design visualization tools.
-   Understanding of construction processes, detailing, and documentation standards.
