## Description

We are looking for a **Figma Designer & Personal Assistant (Marketing)** to join our team. This role requires a creative individual who can design marketing materials using **Figma**, assist with administrative tasks, and support marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and has excellent communication skills.  
  
**Responsibilities:**

-   **Design & Marketing Support:**

-   Create and edit designs using **Figma** for marketing materials, social media, and presentations.
-   Assist in developing branding assets and promotional content.
-   Help with digital marketing tasks such as email campaigns and social media content.

-   **Personal Assistant Duties:**

-   Manage schedules, meetings, and communications.
-   Organize files and documents using **MS Office** and **Google Workspace**.
-   Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
-   Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow

## Requirements

### **Requirements:**

-   Proficiency in **Figma** for design work.
-   Experience with **MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)** and **Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)**.
-   Background in **marketing** or familiarity with marketing strategies is a plus.
-   Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-   Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
-   Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
