We are looking for a **Professional E-Commerce Customer Support Specialist** to join our team and provide top-tier assistance to our customers. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in handling customer inquiries, processing returns, managing refunds, and resolving order issues with a **polished and professional English accent**.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Provide **exceptional customer support** via email and phone, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

-   Manage and resolve customer **order issues** with professionalism and urgency.
-   Handle **FedEx and other carrier claims**, ensuring accurate tracking and resolution.

-   Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.

## Requirements

### **Requirements:**

-   **Previous experience** in e-commerce customer support, preferably in a remote setting.
-   Excellent **written and verbal communication skills** with a clear, **neutral or polished English accent**.
-   Proficiency in **Zendesk, BigCommerce, SellerCloud, ShipStation, and Refund Sniper** is a plus.
