🌟 What You’ll Do

\-CRM Cleanup & Data Management

\-Audit and clean existing Contacts, Accounts, and Deals in Zoho CRM.

\-Deduplicate and standardize data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

\-Implement AI-powered tools for continuous data hygiene and enrichment.

Workflow Automation

\-Design and implement smart workflows in the Deals module.

\-Automate lead-to-deal conversion and reduce manual processes.

\-Build task automation to maximize team productivity.

Reporting & Dashboards

\-Create real-time dashboards for key company KPIs.

\-Provide actionable insights into sales performance and pipeline health.

\-Empower leadership with data-driven decision-making.

Customer Portals & Engagement

\-Develop branded portals for borrowers and clients.

\-Centralize documentation, communication, and deal progress.

\-Use AI to personalize and elevate client interactions.

\-AI & Integration

\-Deploy Zoho’s AI tools (Zia, chatbots, AI workflows, etc.).

\-Integrate Zoho apps (CRM, Creator, Books, Cliq, etc.) into a unified platform.

## Requirements

✅ What We’re Looking For

\-Proven experience with Zoho One application, particularly CRM, Creator, Analytics, and Flow.

\-Required: Prior project experience within the commercial real estate or lending industry using Zoho solutions.

\-Strong expertise in building automations, dashboards, and client portals.

\-Familiarity with Zoho AI tools and their applications.

\-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

\-Ability to translate business needs into effective, scalable Zoho solutions
