**Job Description:**

We are seeking a **highly skilled Site Safety Drafter** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating **accurate and compliant site safety plans** in accordance with the **New York City Building Code**. This role requires proficiency in **AutoCAD and Revit** (preferred) and a strong understanding of **construction safety regulations**.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Develop **detailed site safety plans** that comply with NYC Building Code and Local Law 81 of 2017.
-   Interpret and apply **site safety supervision requirements** for construction projects.
-   Collaborate with **engineers, architects, and safety managers** to ensure compliance with city regulations.
-   Utilize **AutoCAD and Revit** to draft site safety plans, including **fire safety, emergency exits, and hazard mitigation strategies**.
-   Conduct **site assessments** to identify potential safety risks and propose solutions.
-   Maintain **documentation and records** for regulatory compliance and project approvals.
-   Stay updated on **NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) regulations** and industry best practices.

### **Qualifications:**

-   **Bachelor’s degree** in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
-   **3+ years of experience** in drafting site safety plans for construction projects.
-   **Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit** (preferred).
-   **Strong knowledge** of NYC Building Code, Local Law 81, and site safety supervision requirements.
-   **Familiarity with OSHA regulations** and construction safety standards.
-   **Excellent communication skills** to coordinate with project teams and regulatory agencies.
-   **Detail-oriented** with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
