## Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented **Order Entry Specialist** to join our manufacturing team. This role requires precision in handling orders, technical aptitude with drawings and measurements, and proficiency in data entry systems. The ideal candidate will thrive in a structured environment where accuracy and efficiency are key.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Enter and manage customer orders accurately in company systems.
-   Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail and consistency.
-   Utilize Excel for tracking, reporting, and order management.
-   Read and interpret shop drawings to ensure correct order specifications.
-   Apply math skills with U.S. fractions and inches for accurate measurements.
-   Use CAD software to review and record technical details.
-   Understand and document written instructions such as delivery dates, locations, and special requests.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing (no direct customer contact required).

**Qualifications**

-   Previous experience in order entry, data entry, or manufacturing support preferred.
-   Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
-   Ability to read and interpret shop drawings.
-   Familiarity with CAD software.
-   Solid math skills, especially with fractions and inch-based measurements.
