## Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented **Kitchen Drafter** with strong proficiency in **Autodesk Revit** to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing accurate technical drawings and 3D models for custom kitchen layouts, cabinetry, and interior fit-outs. This role requires a keen eye for detail, knowledge of kitchen design standards, and the ability to collaborate with designers, architects, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities

-   Develop detailed kitchen layout drawings and 3D models using **Revit**.
-   Prepare technical documentation including plans, elevations, and sections.
-   Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and client specifications.
-   Collaborate with designers and project managers to refine design concepts.
-   Maintain and update Revit families for kitchen components (cabinets, appliances, fixtures).
-   Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure accuracy of shop drawings.
-   Assist in project presentations and client meetings when required

Qualifications

-   Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or related field.
-   Proven experience in drafting kitchen layouts using **Autodesk Revit**.
-   Strong knowledge of kitchen design standards, ergonomics, and materials.
-   Ability to interpret architectural drawings and translate them into detailed kitchen plans.
-   Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software is a plus.
-   Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
-   Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

-   Experience with modular kitchen systems and custom cabinetry.
-   Knowledge of MEP coordination within kitchen layouts.
