## Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented **Drafter** to support our construction team with drafting and project coordination tasks. This role requires strong technical drafting skills and the ability to assist with project documentation and data management.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Prepare and revise drawings, including **edge of slab details** and related construction plans.
-   Create and update shop drawings using **AutoCAD** (BIM experience is a plus).
-   Assist the APM team with document control and project tracking.
-   Upload and manage drawings, submittals, and project documents in **Procore**.
-   Support project scheduling and reporting using **Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project**.
-   Ensure all drawings and documents meet project deadlines and company standards

## Requirements

-   Prior experience drafting edge of slab and construction drawings.
-   Proficient in AutoCAD (BIM knowledge preferred).
-   Experience with Procore is a strong plus.
-   Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
-   Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
