We're seeking a detail-oriented and reliable **Insurance Virtual Assistant** with hands-on experience using **Applied Epic**. The ideal candidate will support our customer service operations and be responsible for the **accurate creation of insurance certificates and binders**. **📋 Key Responsibilities:**

-   Provide responsive and professional customer service via email and phone
-   Create and issue insurance certificates and binders using Applied Epic
-   Assist with policy updates, documentation, and client record management

-   Collaborate with team members to support client needs and compliance

**✅ Requirements:**

-   Proven experience as an Insurance VA or in an insurance support role
