## Description

We are looking for a Senior Lead Generation Specialist to join our Growth team on a part-time basis. This role is focused on building, scaling, and optimizing lead generation systems across multiple channels. You will work closely with growth and sales leadership to drive high-quality pipeline and improve conversion through well-defined sales workflows.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who has built and owned lead generation engines in environments similar to Remotebase such as remote talent platforms, software development agencies, B2B SaaS companies, or tech-enabled services businesses.

  
**What You’ll Do**

-   Own and scale lead generation across diversified channels, ensuring no dependency on a single source
-   Lead outbound lead generation efforts across email, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
-   Drive LinkedIn-led growth initiatives, including profile positioning, direct outreach strategies, and campaign execution
-   Design, build, and optimize sales workflows covering lead qualification, follow-ups, and handoff to sales
-   Write, test, and refine outbound copy, LinkedIn messaging, and short-form content used in growth and sales campaigns
-   Partner closely with sales to understand objections, refine ICPs, and improve close rates through better messaging
-   Continuously experiment with new channels, audiences, offers, and messaging to improve lead quality and conversion rates
-   Track, analyze, and report key metrics including reply rates, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact
-   Provide strategic input on growth experiments and mentor junior team members when needed

## Requirements

-   5+ years of hands-on experience in lead generation, growth, outbound, or demand generation roles
-   Proven experience generating leads for B2B tech or services companies selling to startups and mid-sized businesses
-   Acquiring and setting up tools for their outreach infrastructure
-   Strong understanding of multi-channel lead generation strategies and outbound systems
-   Deep, hands-on experience with LinkedIn marketing and outbound sales workflows
-   Clear understanding of the full funnel—from first touch to deal close—and how to optimize each stage
-   Strong content writing skills, particularly for outbound emails, LinkedIn messaging, and sales collateral
-   Experience with lead generation and CRM tools such as Apollo, HubSpot, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HeyReach, SmartLead, or similar
-   Highly data-driven, with the ability to optimize strategy and execution based on performance metrics. Comfortable operating independently and making decisions in a fast-moving environment.

-   Experience generating leads for engineering, AI, or technical services companies
-   Experience working closely with sales teams on deal conversion and pipeline optimization
-   Familiarity with automation tools such as n8n or similar workflow automation platforms.
