## Description

**What You Will Do**

-   Lead requirements gathering sessions with business and product stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
-   Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
-   Analyze existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
-   Design and document business processes, use cases, user stories, workflows, process maps, and system interactions.
-   Develop solution proposals that balance business goals, customer experience, technical feasibility, scalability, and maintainability.
-   Collaborate with Product Managers to refine requirements and define deliverable scope.
-   Partner with Engineering teams to validate solution designs and ensure technical alignment before development begins.
-   Identify edge cases, dependencies, technical risks, and implementation constraints early in the delivery lifecycle.
-   Define and document APIs, integration requirements, data flows, and system interactions where required.
-   Ensure solutions consider security, performance, scalability, reliability, and compliance requirements.
-   Support engineering teams throughout development by clarifying requirements and resolving ambiguities.
-   Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders to drive alignment and delivery success.
-   Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, solution reviews, and release planning activities.
-   Work closely with QA teams to ensure requirements are testable and acceptance criteria are clearly defined.
-   Review implemented solutions to ensure they meet business expectations and documented requirements.
-   Drive continuous improvements in analysis, documentation, and delivery processes.

## Requirements

**What You Bring**

**Educational Qualification**

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
-   Master's degree is an added advantage.

**Professional Certifications**

-   Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is an advantage.
-   PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) is desirable.
-   Agile, Scrum, or Product-related certifications are an added advantage.
-   System Design, Solution Architecture, or Technology-related certifications are beneficial.

**Experience**

-   Minimum of **5-8 years** of experience in Systems Analysis, Business Analysis, Product Delivery, Solution Design, or related technology roles.
-   At least **3 years** working within software development environments using Agile methodologies.
-   Experience within fintech, banking, financial services, or other high-growth technology-driven organizations.
-   Hands-on experience documenting functional requirements, system specifications, workflows, and integrations.
-   Experience collaborating directly with Engineering, Product, Architecture, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
