**About the Role**  
You will play a key role in the continued development, maintenance, and support of our internal systems and the next phase of our internal tools. This role requires a self-driven, experienced developer who is thorough, structured, and able to work independently while taking full ownership of technical decisions and feature delivery.

**Tech Stack**

-   Backend technologies include PHP, the Laravel Framework, MySQL, and a Docker Sail development environment.
-   The current frontend stack is React.js.

**What You Will Do**

-   Develop, maintain, and support internal systems and long-term internal tools.
-   Take ownership of features, technical choices, implementation, and testing.
-   Work independently as the primary developer while collaborating closely with the product team.
-   Ensure detailed, thorough, and well-structured implementations.
-   Think beyond code-first execution and take a product ownership mindset.

## Requirements

**What You Bring**

-   A minimum of three years of hands-on experience with Laravel.
-   A minimum of three years of hands-on experience with React.js.
-   Strong SQL skills.
-   Experience with application containerization.
-   Senior-level, real-world development experience.
-   Ability to work independently and take full ownership of deliverables,
-   Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving approach.
-   Comfort working on long-term products rather than short-term engagements.
-   Clear and effective communication skills.
