We are looking for a motivated, dynamic **Centralised Sales Admin** to join our team.

To help to achieve this, we will provide you with a competitive base salary and career opportunities. You will also be given full product training, with hands on assistance from Service and Operation Team.  
  

_In this role you will be responsible for:_

-   Performing sales documents verification once received from branches as per Company SOP.
-   Performing HIGH VOLUMES of new sales sales entries, contract repackaging, terminations, reduction, trial, conversion, fixed contract renewal, price increase, invoice frequency changes and other sales related documents.
-   Performing every sales entries transaction update.
-   Perform & maintains weekly & monthly Sales Statistics report, Portfolio Reconciliation accuracy.
-   Be a compliance gatekeeper, not only responsible for data entries, but also for verifying the integrity of data received.
-   Maintaining our databases by ensuring customer records and details are up to date while ensuring compliance.
-   Ensure all data is input onto the in-house system accurately and efficiently.
-   Any ad hoc duties assigned from time to time.

## Requirements

_**The ideal candidate will possess:**_

-   Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in related field
-   Ability to work to deadlines, KPI's and meet targets while working as a team and independently
-   Good communication skills and has the ability to communicate fluently
-   Ability to take initiative, be flexible and work collaboratively
-   Ability to prioritize tasks with effective time management
-   Customer oriented
-   Results driven

_**Highly Desirable:**_

-   Excellent attention to detail and negotiation skills
-   Ability to do multitasking job
-   Versatility to build rapport with people at all levels
-   Multi-lingual in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, able to converse in decent clear communication. Ability to converse in other local dialects will be an added advantage
-   Commercially focused acumen
