## Description

**Responsibilities:**

-   Responsible for preparing and presenting pest control report for clients.
-   Work in the field, visiting client sites to oversee pest control services, support technicians, and monitor project progress.
-   Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the clients’ satisfaction.
-   Conduct review of service materials, equipment, vehicles and techniques employed with a view to improving productivity and cost effectiveness.
-   Deliver on-site or classroom serve-related training for technicians, sales, or other departments and the customers.
-   Manage and develop the team to improve their performance, report and meet targets.
-   Prepare Quality Assurance reports for Manager review.
-   Handle ad hoc projects assigned by managers.
-   Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager position.

## Requirements

-   Higher Diploma and above, in Biological Sciences or related field
-   Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in quality assurance or related field
-   Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and strong sense of responsibility
-   Detailed minded, well organized and quick response
-   Excellent customer service skills, effective interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
-   Excellent of spoken and written English and Chinese
-   Proficiency in MS office applications
