**About the Role**

We are looking for a Field Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead, coach, and develop a team of service technicians in delivering world class pest control services. This is a hands on, field based leadership role. You will spend your time in the field, making sure every job meets our quality standards, developing your technicians through coaching, and building strong relationships with clients that keep them with us year after year.

**What You Will Do**

-   Lead, motivate, and develop a team of service technicians to deliver high quality pest control services
-   Carry out regular field quality audit visits and daily spot checks to make sure every job meets company standards
-   Coach technicians in the field, run regular training sessions, and complete formal performance assessments
-   Ensure new technicians are fully trained and competent before they work unsupervised, and keep accurate records of their progress
-   Lead treatment execution in difficult or large scale pest control situations
-   Plan the time, products, and manpower needed for different types of client jobs
-   Resolve customer complaints professionally and follow up to ensure client satisfaction
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to reinforce trust and retention
-   Make sure technicians have the correct tools and equipment, and conduct regular vehicle inspections
-   Ensure the team understands and follows all company policies, including occupational health and safety
-   Support the generation of new sales leads from the field
-   Prepare and submit quality and service reports to the FQA Manager

## Requirements

-   Experience in pest control services, ideally including specialised treatments
-   Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a field team
-   A strong quality and customer service mindset, with the drive to get the job done properly
-   Good communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
-   The ability to stay calm, organised, and positive while managing a constant stream of demands
-   A valid UAE driving licence
-   A high school certificate or equivalent
-   A National Certificate in Pest Control (NCPC) is an advantage
