## Description

**Responsibilities:**

-   Provide frontline leadership to the service team to drive day-to-day performance and service quality.
-   Assist Manager to prepare and present pest control reports for client and management review.
-   Coordinate with other departments on project implementation and monitor progress.
-   Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
-   Review service materials, equipment, vehicles, and techniques to improve productivity and cost-effectiveness.
-   Deliver on-site and classroom training for the team.
-   Manage and develop the team to improve performance and meet KPI targets.
-   Ensure the team delivers excellent service to all customers.
-   Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

## Requirements

-   Higher Diploma or above.

-   Minimum 3 years of relevant experience at a supervisory or management level.
-   Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility.
-   Detail-oriented, well-organized, and responsive.
-   Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
-   Good command of spoken and written English is an advantage.
-   Proficiency in MS Office and Google applications is an advantage.
-   Ability to perform outdoor work as required.
