## Description

-   Provide outstanding customer service across all communication channels.
-   Manage key accounts by maintaining strong relationships and understanding their needs.
-   Handle contract renewals, negotiations, and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
-   Collaborate closely with customers to ensure their requirements are met and expectations  
    exceeded.
-   Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
-   Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service agreements, and follow ups.
-   Support service quality improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and  
    retention.

## Requirements

-   Applications are invited from individuals possessing a minimum of one year relevant experience.
-   Possession of a Degree or Diploma from a recognized higher education institution.
-   Possess excellent level of customer service and interpersonal skills.
-   Demonstrated fluency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
-   A valid riding license is required (A company maintained motorbike with fuel will be provided inclusive of personal use privilege).
-   Preference will be given to candidates residing in Colombo area.
-   A competitive remuneration package, together with an attractive
