Rentokil Initial is searching for a strategic and customer-focused **Branch Supervisor** to lead our Operations team in Tobago. As our Branch Supervisor, you will report directly to the General Manager and be the driving force behind our Tobago operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

-   **Operational Leadership:** Direct daily branch operations and manage the contract lifecycle to ensure all service activities align with corporate standards.
-   **Quality Assurance:** Maintain our high service standards by executing a two-week QA protocol for new services and conducting rigorous spot-checks on preparation usage.
-   **Strategic Planning:** Analyze service reports for our Pest Control and Hygiene divisions to optimize job delivery, including scheduling for large-scale commercial and industrial clients.
-   **Financial Management:** Oversee branch finances, including petty cash, driving accounts receivable collections (maintaining aging within 60-90 days), and coordinating weekly revenue deposits.
-   **Inventory & Administration:** Direct monthly inventory audits, ensure all jobs are accurately reflected in iCABS, and maintain seamless communication with the Trinidad head office.

## Requirements

We are looking for a highly organized professional who knows how to deliver outstanding customer service and establish objectives for their team. To succeed in this role, you must have:

**Experience:** A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in the pest control or facility services industry. You must also have at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.

**Education:** An Associate Degree or Diploma in Biology, Agriculture, Environmental Health, or Operations Management. (Note: Professional certifications in Pest Management or Supervisory Management are highly desirable!)

**Mobility:** A valid Class 3 Driver's License with a clean driving record. A preference will be given to candidates who can drive a manual transmission.
