## Description

-   Supervise and monitor all pest control services carried out at client premises.
-   Conduct client visits to promote and expand pest control services.
-   Attend to customer complaints promptly and ensure effective resolution.
-   Oversee technician attendance and prepare monthly incentive reports.
-   Ensure all services are delivered in line with company standards and quality requirements.

## Requirements

-   Applications are invited from individuals possessing a minimum of two years experience.
-   Applicants should possess a Degree in Agriculture from a recognized institution of higher education.
-   Possess excellent level of customer service and interpersonal skills.
-   Demonstrated fluency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
-   A valid riding license is required (A company maintained motorbike with fuel will be provided inclusive of personal use privilege).
-   Preference will be given to candidates residing in Colombo area.
