## Description

**PURPOSE:**

-   60% purpose & role: Handle daily operation of Head Office Warehouse and other tasks assigned by line manager accordingly to actual warehouse operation.
-   40% purpose & role: Ensure physical count of goods meet inventory on system.

JOB REQUIREMENTs:

**1.  Teamwork**

-   Pro-active and collaborations with team, with line managers
-   Ensure physical count of goods meet inventory on system.
-   Responsible for creating purchase request base on Branch monthly order.
-   Receive goods from Supplier, post receipts on system, storage, and transfer documents as accounting department requirement.
-   Pro-active Packing and shipping goods to branches according to their orders.

**2.  Communication**

-   Employee has responsibilities to read, understand all emails, chats, communications from all peoples from the company.
-   Other tasks, other projects assigned by line manager.

**3.  Specialist Role**

-   Self-Management
-   Propose and organize warehouse ensure actual operation.
-   Make decision for stock in/out followed situation adjustment versus related SOP.
-   Manage the transportation fee and monthly fee of warehouse.

4.  **Purchasing management with Procurement and Accounting Dept**

-   Follow up with HCM warehouse purchasing request estimated arrival date and escalated to line manager for further steps if needed.
-   Manage all required documents for purchasing and payment activities.

**5.      Facilities Management**

-   Manage facilities logically with periodically review
-   Monitor lock system, security, and firefighting system to be always in good conditions.
-   Propose firefighting rehearsal.
-   Manage racks system, space in order, easy access clean and good condition.
-   Monitor and supervise delivery activities with Truck Safety.

**6.     Report**

-   Safety reports, warehouse reports, stocks report.

## Requirements

-   Graduated from College with major in warehouse or relevant.
-   At least 2 working years with the same position, referable in Hygiene/Cleaning/Service Industries.
-   Honest
-   Willing to learn and Self – development
-   Hard working & positive attitude
-   Self-discipline & good organizer
-   Good computer Skills
-   Basic in English
