## Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and corporate finance. As a Finance Intern, you will work closely with our finance professionals, gaining insight into the industry and contributing to real-world projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
-   Process vendor invoices and ensure timely and accurate recording in the accounting system.
-   Verify invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and supporting documentation.
-   Prepare payment schedules and process vendor payments within agreed timelines.
-   Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with internal departments and suppliers.
-   Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions and supporting documents.
-   Assist in month-end closing activities and accounts payable reconciliations.
-   Coordinate with procurement, operations, and finance teams regarding invoice approvals and payment queries.
-   Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations.
-   Support internal and external audits by providing the required documentation.
-   Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned.

## Requirements

-   Completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
-   0-1 Years of related experience
-   Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial modeling is a plus
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-   Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
