### Job Description

-   Create proactive, multi-year tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and their businesses
-   Work across S-corps, partnerships, and C-corps — structuring, strategizing, and advising, not just complying
-   Build deep, trusted relationships with sophisticated clients who value your insight
-   Manage and mentor tax associates, raising the level of everyone around you
-   Leverage the latest and greatest in tax technology — you need to be genuinely tech-savvy and always sharpening the toolset

## Requirements

-   CPA or EA  
-   4+ years of tax experience, with real depth in planning and entity work
-   Exceptionally organized, with relentless attention to detail
-   Articulate and polished, you communicate with clarity and command, in writing and in the room
-   A natural leader who can manage people and own outcomes
-   Energized by a small, high-caliber environment where your work is visible and your standards matter
