### The Role

This is **not** a traditional finance reporting role. This is a **builder role** for someone who wants to operate as a Fractional CFO across an entire portfolio of businesses.

You will:

-   Sit at the right hand of the CEO as a strategic thought partner
-   Own financial strategy across multiple brands and EcomProfits
-   Drive decisions on capital allocation, scaling, pricing, and profitability
-   Manage and develop the Finance Manager (your direct report)
-   Build the financial backbone that allows us to scale to multi 9-figures without losing control of the numbers

### What You'll Own

**Strategic Finance & FP&A**

-   Own financial strategy across all business units (multiple DTC brands + SaaS)
-   Build and maintain advanced financial models — actuals reporting, forecasting, scenario planning, cash flow projections
-   Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable decisions for the CEO and leadership
-   Prepare investor-ready materials and supporting analysis as needed

**Unit Economics & Performance**

-   Analyze CAC, LTV, contribution margin, operating margin, and blended ROAS across brands
-   Deliver weekly and monthly performance insights that drive real decisions
-   Identify margin leaks, inefficient spend, and cost optimization opportunities before they become problems

**Capital & Cash Flow**

-   Manage cash flow planning across multiple entities
-   Drive capital allocation decisions — where to invest, where to cut, where to scale
-   Implement financial reporting structures that give leadership a real-time view of the business

**Leadership & Operations**

-   Manage and develop the Finance Manager — ensuring strong execution of accounting operations and reporting
-   Support pricing, margin, and operational efficiency initiatives across departments
-   Partner with department leads to align financial reality with operational decisions

## Requirements

### What We're Looking For

-   **5–10+ years in finance** with proven leadership experience
-   **Strong e-commerce / DTC experience** — non-negotiable. You understand how this industry actually makes money.
-   **Deep expertise in financial modeling and forecasting** — not just maintaining models, but building them from scratch
-   **Strong grasp of unit economics** and the growth levers that move the business
-   **Direct experience working with founders or operators** — not just middle management
-   **Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills** — modeling, scenario analysis, automation
-   **Operator mindset** — you don't just analyze, you make calls
-   **Sharp communicator** — you can take a 50-line P&L and make a CEO understand the one thing that matters in 30 seconds

### Bonus Points

-   Experience operating in a Fractional CFO capacity
-   Experience managing multiple entities, brands, or business units
-   SaaS finance experience alongside DTC
-   Experience managing and developing junior finance talent

## Benefits

### Compensation & Benefits

**Base Salary:** $3,000 USD/month (full-time)

**Performance-Based Bonuses:**

-   **Individual Monthly Bonus:** Up to 25% of monthly salary based on company Operating Profit %, with double bonus % as a Department Lead (up to 50%)
-   **Quarterly Profit Pool:** Equal share of the Employee Profit Pool (2.0%–7.5% of operating profit, scaling with monthly gross sales)
-   **Long-term profit and/or equity incentives** for the right person
