### About the Role

Resiliv delivers enterprise GRC transformation and implementation projects using leading platforms such as LogicGate and other enterprise risk and compliance systems.

We are seeking a **Technical GRC / Platform Specialist** to support the technical setup, integration, configuration support, and platform administration for GRC implementations.

This role focuses on the **technical enablement layer** of GRC delivery, ensuring that systems are properly deployed, integrated, secure, and operationally stable across client environments.

You will work closely with Solution Architects, Implementation Consultants, and Infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of GRC platforms.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

### Platform Setup & Configuration Support

-   Support setup and configuration of GRC platforms (e.g., LogicGate or similar tools)
-   Assist in environment setup (development, testing, production)
-   Configure user roles, permissions, and access controls
-   Support workflow and module deployment from a technical perspective

### Integrations & Technical Enablement

-   Support integration of GRC platforms with enterprise systems (e.g., HR, ERP, IAM, CRM)
-   Assist in API configuration and data exchange setup
-   Support single sign-on (SSO), identity management, and access provisioning
-   Ensure secure and stable system connectivity across environments

### Data Management & Migration

-   Support data migration activities from legacy systems
-   Validate data integrity during system onboarding
-   Assist in mapping and loading compliance, risk, and audit data
-   Ensure data accuracy across platform environments

### System Testing & Deployment Support

-   Support technical testing of GRC configurations
-   Assist in troubleshooting technical issues during implementation
-   Support deployment activities across environments (DEV/UAT/PROD)
-   Work with implementation teams to resolve technical defects

### Security & Platform Reliability

-   Support security configuration of GRC platforms
-   Assist in enforcing access controls and security policies
-   Ensure platform stability and performance
-   Monitor system health during implementation phases

### Documentation & Support

-   Maintain technical documentation for platform configuration
-   Document integration processes and system setups
-   Support knowledge transfer to implementation and support teams
-   Provide technical input for standard operating procedures

### Stakeholder Support

-   Fast turnaround on technical support requests
-   Low escalation rate of technical issues

### Requirements

-   2–5 years of experience in IT systems, platform engineering, or technical support roles
-   Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms or workflow automation tools
-   Understanding of GRC systems or compliance-related platforms is a strong advantage
-   Experience with APIs, integrations, and system configuration
-   Knowledge of identity management (SSO, IAM) and access controls
-   Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar)
-   Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
-   Ability to work with cross-functional technical and business teams

### Preferred Experience

-   Experience with GRC platforms such as LogicGate, ServiceNow GRC, or MetricStream
-   Background in DevOps, system administration, or platform engineering
-   Experience in SaaS implementation or enterprise software deployment
-   Exposure to data migration and system integration projects
-   Understanding of cybersecurity principles and access management
