**Plastics Molding Supervisor – 2nd Shift**  
Essex/Deep River Area CT  
**Direct Hire | Up to $35/hour**

Revere Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced Plastics Molding Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity with a growing manufacturer. This is a 2nd shift position (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) leading a small production team in a fast-paced plastics molding environment.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Supervise and support a small team of molding operators and production personnel
-   Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are met
-   Troubleshoot molding and production issues as they arise
-   Train, coach, and develop team members
-   Monitor productivity, quality, and efficiency throughout the shift
-   Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure smooth operations

**Requirements:**

-   Previous supervisory or lead experience in plastics molding or manufacturing
-   Strong understanding of injection molding and production processes
-   Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and support continuous improvement efforts
-   Strong communication and leadership skills
-   Commitment to safety, quality, and team success
