**Assembly Worker – Wire Harness Assembly**  
📍 **North Haven, CT**  
🕗 **Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM**  
💲 **$17.50/hour**

We are currently seeking a dependable Assembly Worker for a growing manufacturing facility in North Haven, CT. This is a great opportunity for someone with good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and experience working with small parts or assembly work.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Assemble wire harnesses and electrical components according to work instructions and specifications
-   Use hand tools and basic assembly equipment to complete production tasks
-   Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
-   Follow detailed instructions, diagrams, and production standards
-   Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
-   Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

**Qualifications:**

-   Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
-   Experience with small parts assembly, wiring, or electronics assembly is a plus
-   Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
-   Ability to follow written instructions and work independently or as part of a team
-   Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

**Requirements:**

-   Must be able to stand for extended periods and use hands for repetitive tasks
