## Description

CNC Lathe Setup Operator

Revere Staffing Partners Corp. is seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Setup Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves setting up CNC lathe machines for production runs, ensuring machines are configured properly for accuracy and efficiency.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Set up and prepare CNC lathe machines for production, including installing tooling and fixtures.
-   Calibrate machine settings to meet production specifications.
-   Review blueprints, work orders, and job instructions to determine setup requirements.
-   Perform test runs to verify setup accuracy and make adjustments as needed.
-   Maintain records of setup parameters and adjustments.
-   Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure product standards are met.
-   Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and work areas.
-   Ensure safety standards are followed at all times.

**Qualifications:**

-   Previous experience in CNC lathe setup or operation preferred.
-   Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
-   Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
-   Ability to troubleshoot setup or machine issues effectively.
-   Good communication and teamwork skills.
-   Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

## Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
