## Description

**Location:** East Longmeadow, MA  
**Pay:** $70,000 – $90,000 annually

### **Position Overview**

Seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional (Staff Accountant to Accounting Manager level) to support day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close, with opportunity for growth into a Controller role. This is a full time direct placement opportunity with great benefits.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and payroll processing
-   Maintain General Ledger and assist with month-end close
-   Prepare financial reports and ensure accuracy across departments
-   Support tax filings (payroll, sales, property)
-   Assist with HR functions including onboarding, benefits, and employee records
-   Oversee workers’ comp, OSHA compliance, and related reporting

### **Qualifications**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
-   3–5+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)
-   Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
-   Experience with payroll, HR functions, and general accounting
-   Familiarity with Sage 300 or QuickBooks is a plus
