**Location:** Hamden, CT  
**Job Type:** Part-Time / Full-Time / Per Diem  
**Pay:** Up to $70/hour  
**Schedule:** Flexible scheduling; primary shifts 7:00am–3:00pm or 3:00pm–11:00pm

**Position Overview:**  
We are seeking a Psychiatric APRN to support a collaborative clinical team providing care to children and adolescents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide medication management
-   Develop and document treatment plans and discharge recommendations
-   Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care
-   Provide clinical consultation and participate in team meetings
-   Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies
-   Support continuity of care, including occasional on-call coverage

**Qualifications:**

-   Active APRN license in the state of Connecticut
-   DEA and Controlled Substance Registration required
-   3–5+ years of psychiatric experience preferred (youth/adolescent a plus)
-   Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
-   Ability to work with diverse and trauma-impacted populations
