## Description

### Toolmaker / CNC Machinist

**Revere Staffing Partners is hiring on behalf of one of our premier manufacturing clients in the Waterbury, CT area.**

We are seeking experienced **Toolmakers and CNC Machinists** who thrive in a precision manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, growing company that works with complex materials and tight-tolerance components across multiple industries.

### Schedule

-   Monday – Friday
-   6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
-   Overtime available based on production demands

### Compensation

-   Up to **$45+ per hour** depending on experience
-   Competitive benefits package available through the client

### Responsibilities

-   Build, repair, modify, and maintain precision tooling and fixtures
-   Operate and program CNC equipment, including **EDM machines** and **ProtoTRAK mills**
-   Interpret complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications
-   Work with a variety of materials including **tool steels, stainless steels, titanium, and engineered plastics**
-   Hold tight tolerances and perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process
-   Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues to ensure optimal performance
-   Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives

### Qualifications

-   Previous experience as a Toolmaker, CNC Machinist, Mold Maker, or Precision Machinist
-   Strong understanding of **GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)**
-   Experience with **CNC EDM equipment** and **ProtoTRAK mills**
-   Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
-   Experience machining steels, titanium, and various plastics
-   Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team
