In this role, you will support a manufacturing environment focused on precision part production, bringing hands-on Swiss CNC setup and operating experience to a position where quality, accuracy, and consistency matter. ### Responsibilities

-   Set up and operate Swiss CNC machines to produce precision parts.

## Requirements

**Required Qualifications**

-   Four or more years of Swiss CNC setup experience.
-   Experience operating Swiss-style CNC machines.
-   Ability to read blueprints.
-   Experience using calipers, pin gauges, and other measuring tools.
-   Basic knowledge of GD&T.
-   Basic math skills.
-   Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
-   Eligible to work in the United States.

**Preferred Skills**

-   Holds a CNC machining certificate, NIMS certification, or a similar certification or license.
-   Experience improving setup and cycle times.
-   Experience helping or training other machine operators.
