## Description

**CNC Swiss Machinist – Naugatuck, CT**  
Naugatuck, CT  
Up to $30.00 per hour (based on experience)  
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Our client is currently seeking an experienced **CNC Swiss Machinist** to join their growing manufacturing team in Naugatuck, CT. This is a first-shift opportunity with a stable company offering competitive pay and the chance to work with advanced Swiss machining equipment.

### Responsibilities:

-   Operate, set up, and troubleshoot CNC Swiss machines
-   Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
-   Make machine offsets and adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards
-   Perform in-process inspections and verify part dimensions
-   Work independently to ensure production goals and quality requirements are met
-   Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements

### Qualifications:

-   Previous CNC Swiss machining experience required
-   Experience with **Citizen Swiss machines**, particularly **L20 models**, is highly preferred
-   Experience with **Citizen M32 machines** is a strong plus
-   Setup and troubleshooting experience required
-   Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
-   Experience making offsets and adjusting programs at the machine
-   Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
