**Bindery Folding & Glue Operator**  
Cleveland OH  
Up to $28/hour  
Full-Time | Direct Hire | Monday–Friday

Revere Staffing Partners is hiring a **Bindery Folding & Glue Operator** for a growing manufacturing facility in Cleveland, OH. This is a **direct placement opportunity** offering long-term stability, strong pay, and growth potential.

### **Schedule**

-   **Training:** 1st Shift (approximately 6 months)
-   **Permanent Schedule:** 2nd Shift (after training completion)
-   Full-time, Monday through Friday

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Set up, operate, and maintain folding and gluing machinery
-   Monitor production runs to ensure quality and efficiency
-   Perform quality inspections on finished products
-   Adjust machine settings as needed to meet production specs
-   Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report larger concerns
-   Maintain a clean and safe work environment

### **Qualifications**

-   Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
-   Experience in bindery, folding, or gluing equipment is a plus
-   Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
-   Ability to read work orders and follow production instructions
-   Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
