## Description

Position: Scheduler

Working Hours: US Hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST)

Full-Time, Remote Work.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Organize and manage scheduling for various projects and client appointments.
-   Monitor and update schedules regularly to accommodate changes and emerging needs.
-   Communicate effectively with team members and clients to confirm and adjust schedules as necessary.
-   Provide administrative support, including documentation and record-keeping related to scheduling activities.
-   Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and ensuring optimal resource allocation.
-   Track progress and deadlines, keeping all stakeholders informed of timely updates.

## Requirements

-   High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
-   Proven experience as a scheduler or in a similar administrative role.
-   Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
-   Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-   Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
-   Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.
-   Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
