**Job Opening: ABA Recruiter**

**Location:** Remote (South Africa) - Working US Hours (9 am - 5 pm EST)  
**Employment Type:** Full-Time

**Salary:** Paid in South African Rand (ZAR)

### Key Responsibilities

-   Manage full-cycle recruitment for ABA therapists, BCBAs, and support staff
-   Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach
-   Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit
-   Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
-   Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and candidate pipelines
-   Build and maintain relationships with universities, training programs, and professional networks
-   Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
-   Collaborate with leadership to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
-   Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress and trends
-   Support onboarding processes as needed

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
-   Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare or ABA services
-   Familiarity with ABA roles such as RBTs, BCBAs, and BCaBAs
-   Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
-   Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
-   Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
-   Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
-   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team
