**Location:** Remote (South Africa) - Working US Hours (9am-5pm EST)  
**Type:** Full-Time

### About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven, hands-on Talent Acquisition Team Leader to lead a fast-paced recruitment team supporting international clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional talent quickly without compromising on quality.

You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating a team of recruiters to consistently meet aggressive hiring targets while maintaining an outstanding client and candidate experience.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, ensuring high performance and accountability.
-   Drive daily recruitment activity to meet tight turnaround times and client SLAs.
-   Monitor team productivity, pipeline health, and hiring metrics to ensure delivery targets are achieved.
-   Prioritise urgent vacancies and allocate resources effectively across the team.
-   Conduct daily stand-ups and regular one-on-one coaching sessions.
-   Review candidate quality and provide ongoing feedback to improve screening and selection standards.
-   Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve recruitment efficiency.
-   Work closely with Sales, Account Management, and Client Success teams to understand hiring priorities and changing client requirements.
-   Ensure accurate and timely updates within the ATS and maintain recruitment compliance.
-   Build a culture of urgency, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
-   Support escalations and proactively resolve recruitment challenges.
-   Drive process improvements and identify opportunities for automation and increased efficiency.

## Requirements

-   5 - 10 years' recruitment experience within an agency or fast-paced staffing environment.
-   Minimum 2 years' experience leading or managing a recruitment team.
-   Proven track record of managing high-volume recruitment with multiple concurrent vacancies.
-   Strong experience recruiting for international markets (US experience advantageous).
-   Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality.
-   Excellent coaching, leadership, and performance management skills.
-   Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
-   Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
-   Comfortable working in a fast-moving, target-driven environment.
-   Experience using ATS platforms such as Zoho Recruit, Workable, Bullhorn, Greenhouse, or similar.
