**Position:** Intake & Onboarding Specialist

**Location:** Remote (South Africa, working US Hours – 9 AM to 5 PM EST)

**Type:** Full-Time

**Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Intake & Onboarding Specialist with a strong background in client intake, sales, and customer engagement. This role is responsible for handling inbound inquiries, following up on website-generated leads, gathering client information, and guiding new clients through the onboarding process.

### Responsibilities:

-   Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
-   Follow up with leads generated through the company website and other marketing channels.
-   Qualify potential clients and gather all necessary intake information.
-   Build rapport with prospective clients and effectively communicate company services.
-   Guide new clients through the onboarding process from initial contact to enrollment.
-   Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure all documentation is completed.
-   Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
-   Follow up with prospective clients to maximize conversions and engagement.
-   Provide exceptional customer service throughout the intake and onboarding journey.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in senior-level intake, onboarding, or customer-facing roles.
-   Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills.
-   Experience handling inbound leads and converting inquiries into clients.
-   Ability to build trust and establish strong client relationships.
-   Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
-   Comfortable managing multiple leads and onboarding processes simultaneously.
-   Proficient with CRM systems and standard business software.
-   Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
