### Position: Real Estate CRM, Marketing & AI Creative Assistant

**Location:** Remote

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Manage and optimize CRM systems specifically tailored for real estate professionals.
-   Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate leads and support real estate business growth.
-   Utilize AI-driven creative tools to design engaging marketing content and campaigns.
-   Coordinate communication with clients and prospects through CRM platforms.
-   Analyze marketing data and CRM metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.
-   Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within CRM systems.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

## Requirements

-   Experience working with CRM systems, preferably in the real estate industry.
-   Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and lead generation strategies.
-   Familiarity with AI creative tools and software for content creation.
-   Excellent organizational and communication skills.
-   Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
-   Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
-   Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
