**Position:** Scheduling Administrator

**Work Type:** Full-Time, Remote (US Hours 9am-5pm EST)

**Pay:** South African Rand (ZAR)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Scheduling Administrator** to coordinate schedules, manage appointments, and ensure efficient service delivery. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Coordinate and maintain staff and client schedules.
-   Manage schedule changes, cancellations, and rescheduling requests.
-   Communicate with clients, staff, and internal teams regarding scheduling updates.
-   Maintain accurate records and update scheduling systems and databases.
-   Monitor schedule coverage and proactively resolve conflicts or gaps.
-   Provide administrative support and assist with operational tasks as needed.

## Requirements

### Requirements

-   Previous scheduling, administrative, or coordination experience.
-   Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-   Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
-   High attention to detail and accuracy.
-   Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software/CRM systems.
-   Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
