## Description

Experienced IT professional responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s overall IT infrastructure, ensuring stable connectivity and seamless communication between all branches. The role focuses on supporting and optimizing ERP systems, network infrastructure, telephony systems, and biometric attendance solutions to ensure efficient daily operations, data security, and uninterrupted business continuity across the organization.

### Responsibilities

-   MAdminister, maintain, and support the Odoo ERP system, including user management, access permissions, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
-   Configure, monitor, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points to ensure stable and secure connectivity.
-   Manage and support Grandstream IP-PBX and VOIP telephony systems, ensuring efficient internal and external communication across all branches.
-   Implement and maintain secure branch-to-branch VPN connectivity while ensuring proper synchronization of systems and operational data.
-   Install, configure, and integrate biometric (fingerprint) attendance devices with the central attendance and HR systems across all locations.
-   Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and communication-related issues across multiple branches.
-   Monitor system performance, conduct preventive maintenance, and ensure minimal downtime for all IT services and business systems.
-   Coordinate with vendors and service providers for system upgrades, maintenance, and technical support when required.
-   Ensure compliance with IT security standards, backup procedures, and data protection policies.
-   Prepare technical documentation, reports, and user guidelines related to systems, networks, and IT operations.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-   Strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP administration and troubleshooting.
-   Advanced knowledge of network administration, including routers, switches, VPNs, and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
-   Experience managing and configuring Grandstream VOIP and IP-PBX systems.
-   Proven experience in branch-to-branch connectivity and multi-site network environments.
-   Experience integrating biometric attendance devices with centralized systems.
-   Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in hardware, software, and network-related issues.
-   Ability to manage and support IT operations across multiple branches efficiently.
-   Good understanding of IT security practices, data backup, and system maintenance.
-   Excellent communication and coordination skills.
-   Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
-   Candidate must be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
-   Valid transferable Iqama for non-Saudi candidates.
-   Relevant IT or networking certifications are considered an advantage.
