Ready to love where you work? At Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry, we believe exceptional patient care starts with an exceptional team. We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing Wakefield and Durham office!

### What You’ll Do

As a valued RDH on our team, you’ll partner closely with our doctors to help patients achieve healthier smiles and better overall health. Your role will include:

-   Providing exceptional preventive and periodontal care
-   Performing cleanings, polishing, and periodontal maintenance
-   Taking digital radiographs and vital signs
-   Conducting oral cancer screenings and periodontal charting
-   Educating patients on oral hygiene and home care
-   Applying sealants and fluoride treatments
-   Reviewing treatment plans and helping patients feel informed and comfortable
-   Maintaining accurate electronic records
-   Supporting a collaborative and positive office environment

### Schedule Expectations

-   Must be available by 7:40 AM (office opens at 8:00 AM)

## Requirements

### What We’re Looking For

-   Active North Carolina Dental Hygienist license
-   Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program
-   Excellent communication and patient care skills
-   Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
-   Dependable, detail-oriented, and compassionate
-   Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
